Chris Tomlin Christmas Concert Tickets: Complete Buying Guide
Looking for Chris Tomlin Christmas Concert tickets for the 2026 holiday season?
Chris Tomlin’s Christmas tour visits 11 cities between late November and December 18, and ticket availability differs by performance. The official tour page currently marks the December 1 Birmingham concert as sold out while displaying ticket links for the other listed dates.
Here is what to know before selecting your seats.
Start With the Official Tour Schedule
Before searching multiple ticket websites, confirm that the concert you want is included on Chris Tomlin’s current tour schedule.
This helps protect against buying for the wrong date, venue or similarly named event.
The official schedule currently covers Birmingham, Daytona Beach, North Charleston, Pensacola, Knoxville, Newport News, Jersey City, Detroit, Indianapolis, Milwaukee and Cincinnati.

How to Find Chris Tomlin Christmas Tickets
The most straightforward process is to visit the official artist tour page, choose your city and use the associated ticket button.
From there, ticketing arrangements may vary by venue.
This matters because search results can contain a mixture of official sellers, secondary marketplaces, advertisements and outdated listings.
Always compare the event details with the official tour schedule before paying.
Check the Exact Event Name
Look for Christmas With Chris Tomlin or the Good News of Great Joy Tour designation when checking the Christmas performances.
Chris Tomlin also performs other concerts during 2026, including events outside the Christmas series, so the artist’s name alone does not necessarily mean you have selected the holiday concert.
The date and venue provide the clearest confirmation.
Compare the Full Ticket Cost
The price initially displayed for a seat may not always represent the final amount you pay.
Review the complete checkout total, including applicable service charges or other fees, before completing a purchase.
If comparing two sections, compare final prices rather than simply comparing the first number shown in search results.
Choosing Seats
There is no single best section for every concertgoer.
Some fans prioritize being closer to the stage, while others prefer a wider view of the complete stage presentation.
If you are attending as a group, check whether all of your seats are together before completing checkout.
Also review accessibility seating requirements directly with the appropriate ticket seller or venue when needed.
What If a Concert Is Sold Out?
A sold-out label means standard availability for that specific performance may be exhausted through the relevant official channel.
The December 1 Birmingham show is currently marked sold out by Chris Tomlin’s official website.
However, Birmingham also currently has a November 30 performance at the same venue.
If your preferred date has no standard tickets remaining, checking another nearby date or city may be worth considering before turning to resale options.
Be Careful With Resale Tickets
Secondary-market tickets can sometimes be available after standard inventory becomes limited, but buyers should review the marketplace carefully.
Confirm the precise date, city, venue, section, row and quantity.
You should also read the marketplace’s delivery and buyer-protection policies before purchasing.
Avoid making a purchase based solely on a search advertisement without first confirming that the event matches the official schedule.
Mobile Ticket Preparation
If your tickets are delivered digitally, access them well before leaving for the concert.
Add them to your phone’s supported wallet when that option is provided, or follow the ticket seller’s instructions.
Do not rely on arriving at the venue and searching through emails at the entrance.
Ticket screenshots may not work with rotating or dynamic barcodes, so follow the ticket provider’s official instructions.
Check Venue Rules Before Concert Day
Buying the ticket is only part of the planning process.
Check the venue’s policies for:
- Entry procedures
- Bag restrictions
- Parking
- Doors and show time
- Accessibility
- Prohibited items
- Mobile-ticket requirements
Do this directly through the venue associated with your date.
